2. Choose your travel date: Select your desired experience date from the calendar.
3. Select your private package: Choose the option that fits your group size (Solo Traveler, Intimate Duo, Small Friends & Family, etc.).
4. Choose your payment method: Decide whether you want to pay only the deposit (to secure your booking) or the full payment upfront.
5. Complete traveler information: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you enter the full names and surnames of each participant exactly as they appear on their passport or national ID document. Fill in all required fields with accurate information.
6. Proceed to secure payment: Complete your transaction using your bank account (US Checking Account) or your credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). WeTravel uses high-security encryption to protect your data.
7. Receive your instant confirmation: Upon completing the payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from WeTravel with your transaction receipt at the email address you registered.
8. Send your documents (Crucial Step): Within the next few hours, you will receive a second email from our Peru Reservations team. So we can purchase your tickets with the correct names, we will kindly ask you to reply to that email attaching a clear photo of the data page of your passport (or ID). This is optional but highly recommended to ensure accuracy.

Your booking will be secured and confirmed within a maximum of 48 hours! We will maintain communication with you to remind you of the details and the countdown to your trip.

Our goal is to be fair and transparent. For cancellations made by the client, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation with 30 or more days' notice: 50% of the deposit (initial payment) will be refunded.
Cancellation with 29 or fewer days' notice: No refund is available for the deposit or full payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Due to their nature, some services such as the Inca Trail, train tickets, and flight tickets are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances once issued.

Force Majeure: We will not issue refunds for interruptions or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule services where possible.

It is the client's responsibility to have travel insurance that covers cancellations for personal, medical, or force majeure reasons. The client must provide truthful information and present the required documentation (passport, permits for minors, etc.) for the tour.

We always recommend travel insurance. Train tickets cannot be reprogrammed within 24 hours of departure, so you would need to purchase a new ticket (either in Aguas Calientes or from Cusco). As your agency, we will provide all necessary assistance to manage the situation.

At Machu Picchu, tripods, drones, and other specialized equipment are not allowed without special authorization. Standard backpacks and personal cameras are permitted. No, the circuit cannot be chosen. However, depending on ticket availability at the time of your booking, we prioritize purchasing the most complete entry ticket. The entry times we offer start from 8:00 a.m. Your assigned entry time will be coordinated beforehand. If you already have your ticket, you must indicate this in your reservation. Yes, but you must communicate your dietary requirements at least 48 hours in advance so the restaurant can prepare a suitable alternative.

It is not recommended. The tour involves walking on uneven stone paths and steps with steep slopes. If you have a medical condition, please inform us when booking to evaluate possible adaptations.

On group tours, your guide will provide you with an emergency contact number at the start. If you get lost, call that number immediately or head to a main exit or the park ranger's post for assistance.
