The Claims and Complaints Book is a document required by Peruvian law (Consumer Defense and Protection Code - Law No. 29571) that allows consumers to formally register any dissatisfaction with a product or service received.

A complaint expresses dissatisfaction with the service or attention received that is not directly related to the product or service contracted. It may involve mistreatment, poor customer service, or inadequate facilities.
A claim expresses dissatisfaction related to the contracted product or service. It may involve non-compliance, defects, or differences from what was offered or agreed upon.

Our customer service team will carefully review your case and investigate the situation.
According to current regulations, we will respond to your claim or complaint within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
In accordance with Law No. 29571 - Consumer Defense and Protection Code, and Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, all providers of products and services are required to have a Claims Book available to consumers.
The response period for claims is 30 calendar days, which may be extended for an additional 30 days in duly justified cases, with prior notice to the consumer.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property).
