What are the cancellation policies?
Our goal is to be fair and transparent. For cancellations made by the client, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation with 30 or more days' notice: 50% of the deposit (initial payment) will be refunded.
Cancellation with 29 or fewer days' notice: No refund is available for the deposit or full payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Due to their nature, some services such as the Inca Trail, train tickets, and flight tickets are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances once issued.
Force Majeure: We will not issue refunds for interruptions or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule services where possible.
Cancellation with 30 or more days' notice: 50% of the deposit (initial payment) will be refunded.
Cancellation with 29 or fewer days' notice: No refund is available for the deposit or full payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Due to their nature, some services such as the Inca Trail, train tickets, and flight tickets are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances once issued.
Force Majeure: We will not issue refunds for interruptions or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule services where possible.
Client Responsibility Policy:
It is the client's responsibility to have travel insurance that covers cancellations for personal, medical, or force majeure reasons. The client must provide truthful information and present the required documentation (passport, permits for minors, etc.) for the tour.

Is the trek too difficult for a beginner?
The Short Inca Trail is rated Moderate. While it involves a challenging uphill climb to Wiñay Wayna on Day 1, it’s significantly shorter and less strenuous than the 4-day trek, making it accessible to anyone with a reasonable level of fitness.
What type of accommodation can I expect in Aguas Calientes?
We use carefully selected 3-star equivalent hotels that prioritize comfort and location. All rooms include private bathrooms, hot water, and a complimentary breakfast.
Are there meal options for specific diets (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)?
Yes, but you must communicate your dietary requirements at least 48 hours in advance so the restaurant can prepare a suitable alternative.
Is the Short Inca Trail permit guaranteed with the booking?
No. All Inca Trail permits are highly limited and must be secured at the time of booking with your full details. We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance to guarantee your space.
