Please inform us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions when booking. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary needs with advance notice.
We meet at the main entrance of San Pedro Market (Mercado Central de San Pedro). It's located on Calle Túpac Amaru, just a 5-10 minute walk from Plaza de Armas. Arrive 10 minutes early.
The class is interactive and hands-on you'll be cooking, not watching! Expect to stand for most of the session, taste as you go, and enjoy a full meal of your creations at the end.
No cooking experience required! Our chefs guide you step-by-step through every recipe. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced cook, you'll learn new techniques and recipes.
The market tour is included and takes about 45 minutes. You'll taste exotic fruits, see Peru's incredible variety of potatoes and corn, and select fresh ingredients. Bring extra cash for personal purchases.

Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting a little messy. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for the market visit and kitchen safety. We provide aprons during the cooking class. Avoid loose sleeves that might get in the way.
